Pakistan Cricket Team is always in the controversies and many a times for match-fixing. Stars like Mohammad Amir, Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and many others in the past have been involved in match fixing that led to a ban and downgraded the Pakistani cricket team in the eyes of the world.
The most recent allegation that has shocked the cricket fraternity is that Babar Azam and the entire Pakistan team could be involved in a potential match fixing. These allegations have been made by a senior journalist named Mubashir Luqman.
Mubashir Luqman Accuses Babar Azam and Pakistan Team for Match Fixing
“Just a few days ago, Babar Azam received an Audi E-Tron. It’s a fantastic car, and I also own one, but he will regret it when its electric boards start bursting in the rain. Babar mentioned that his brother gifted him the car, but I found out his brother does absolutely nothing” Luqman stated to cause a widespread sensation.
“When I inquired about the car, a source told me, ‘If you lose matches against America, Afghanistan, the Netherlands, or Ireland, won’t you get cars, houses in DHA, plots in Australia, and apartments in Dubai?,” he further added to make his claim even more shocking.
Luqman then said that he was shocked by the revelations and pressed his source further to learn a key detail.
“Everyone knows who the bookies are in the Pakistan team, who gets along with them, and how Saya Corps has used the players to blackmail PCB, and brought the board to its knees. During the last World Cup in India, eight players refused to play, telling others to stand with them, promising increased pay, and all of them got contracts worth 50 lakh.”
