Courtney Walsh Bowling Speed

Courtney Walsh was known for his fast bowling, and his speed was one of the reasons he became a great bowler. His bowling speed was usually around 85 to 90 miles per hour (135 to 145 kilometres per hour). He didn’t rely only on raw speed, but he was very clever in how he bowled. He used his height and accuracy to make the ball bounce awkwardly for the batsmen, which made him very difficult to face.

Walsh’s ability to control the ball, combined with his speed, made him one of the most dangerous fast bowlers in cricket. Even though there were other bowlers who were faster, Walsh was consistent and always put pressure on the batsmen with his fast and well-placed deliveries.
