Rajasthan Royals (RR), the team which was leading the points table, halfway through the tournament has somehow found itself on the third position to ultimately give up the Qualifier 1 spot to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). RR is yet to win a match in May 2024 in IPL. On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) has made a remarkable comeback from the 10th position in the points table.
